Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sliced bananas
Preparation
    Scald milk in double boiler.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add scalded milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thick.
    Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks.
    Cook about 3 minutes longer.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool and pour over bananas in pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream.
