Omelet-Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    pinch of white pepper
    1 or 2 drops almond or lemon extract
    powdered sugar
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl.
    Beat well with a fork.
    Heat butter in a 7 to 8-inch oven-proof omelet pan. When foaming, add omelet mixture. Allow bottom to set slightly.
    Finish under a hot broiler until top is set and lightly browned.
    Fill with Mandarin Orange Filling.
