Scotch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour.
    Place margarine, cocoa, shortening and water in a saucepan and bring to a rapid boil, stirring.
    Pour mixture into flour/sugar mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
