Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. flour
2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk, butter and egg yolks.
Boil on medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla. Pour in prebaked pie shells.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add 2 teaspoons sugar per egg, and top pie.
Bake until brown.
