Eggs Over Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. cheese sauce
4 eggs, poached, soft

Preparation

Distribute mashed potatoes into 4 au gratin dishes; smooth. Place 1 egg in center of each dish.
Spoon cheese sauce over each egg.
Goes well with a brunch of juice, fresh fruit and hot drink.
