Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    3 medium onions
    1 green or red pepper
    1 c. celery and leaves
    1 c. oatmeal
    3 eggs
    garlic salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
    milk to mix
Preparation
    Mix above well and bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake meat loaf 1/2 hour, then put sauce on top and bake 1/2 hour.
