3 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. margarine (soft)
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Bake sesame seed until golden brown.
Cream sugars and margarine.
Beat in peanut butter and egg.
Combine flour, 2 tablespoons seed, salt, soda and nutmeg.
Add to creamed mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten crisscross fashion with fork.
Sprinkle with remaining seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
