Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Bring to a boil in 2-quart saucepan the water, salt, nutmeg and butter.
Add flour all at once.
Remove from heat and stir until mixture forms ball and leaves side of pan.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and shiny.
Add cheese and stir until blended.
