Cream Of Tartar Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
5 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
piece of shortening (size of an egg)
milk (to make a stiff batter)
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt into a bowl.
Cut in shortening and add milk, using a fork to mix.
