Orange Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. plus 3/4 c. butter, divided (no substitutes)
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. white chocolate or vanilla chips (10 - 12 ozs.)
1- 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
3 tsp. orange extract
12 drops yellow food coloring
5 drops red food coloring
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with 1/2 tsp. butter. In a heavy saucepan combine the sugar, cream and remaining butter. Cook over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in chips and marshmallow creme until smooth.
