Cheesy Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 potato, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in butter; add onion.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Spread over pie crust; add cheese, potato and carrot. In bowl, mix milk, eggs and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat and cheese.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Servings: 2.
