Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients stirring until moistened. Spoon batter into well greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
