Mushroom Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. small mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/2 clove minced garlic
Preparation
    Drop fresh mushrooms into boiling water for 1 minute; drain and immerse in ice water until completely chilled.
    Remove and drain thoroughly.
    Meanwhile, combine next 6 ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients and continue to mix well.
    Alternately spoon the mushrooms and vinegar mixture into quart container.
    Cover and chill.
