Apple-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; put aside. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well.
Blend in flour mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.
Grease 2 large loaf pans and flour.
Tap out excess flour.
Recipe makes 2 loaves.
Some nuts may be placed on top before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
