Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Mix together dressing, preserves, water and soup mix.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour covered at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and add bell pepper and pineapple.
    Bake 30 minutes more uncovered.
