Foolproof Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine flour and 1 cup sugar.
    Sift together 4 times.
    Set aside.
    Sift remaining 1 cup sugar 4 times. Set aside.
    (It is convenient to do this over waxed paper.)
