Meat And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. mild or hot sausage
    2 lb. block Velveeta cheese
    1 small bottle Tabasco sauce
    2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and chilies
Preparation
    Cook ground meat and drain well.
    Cook sausage and drain well. Do not cook meat and sausage together.
    Slowly melt cheese.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Tabasco sauce to melted cheese and blend well. Stir in meat and sausage.
    Ready to serve.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Reheat in microwave, crock-pot or saucepan very slowly.
    Be careful not to burn cheese.
