Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1 large onion
    1 c. celery
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 c. or more instant rice
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brown the steak, onion and celery and simmer.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together.
    Put all in a casserole and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
