Heloise'S Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 can juice packed pineapple tidbits
    cornstarch
    coconut flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots.
    Cook until just tender.
    Combine cooking liquid with the juice from the can of pineapple tidbits. Thicken the carrot and pineapple juices with cornstarch.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Add the carrots and pineapple; heat through.
    A handful of coconut flakes may be tossed in.
