Maxine'S Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
6 oz. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Add Jell-O to dissolve.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese and gradually add Jell-O.
Blend in all other ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 6-cup mold or dish and chill.
