Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 c. finely chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon into large bowl.
Add oil, apples and vanilla.
Beat by hand until well blended.
Beat eggs until light yellow in color.
Gradually add sugar; continue beating until light and fluffy.
Fold egg mixture into apple mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
