Original Recipe Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. whole pecans
    2 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (9 or 10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake for approximately 40 minutes, until firm.
    Makes one 9 to 10-inch pie.
