Date Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box chopped, pitted dates
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or 1/2 c. coconut
2 c. Rice Krispies
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and dates.
Microwave on High, 3 1/2 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
Cool slightly.
Add nuts and/or coconut and Rice Krispies.
Roll into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Roll in powdered sugar.
