Sausage And Eggs Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    6 eggs or 1 1/2 c. low cholesterol egg substitute
    2 c. skim milk
    6 sliced bread, cubed, crusts removed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Crumble in bowl.
    Beat eggs, add milk, mustard and bread.
    Stir; add cheese and sausage.
    Spoon into 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    May refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
