Cold Tomato-Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomato juice
    cucumbers
    croutons
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Season tomato juice (V-8 can be used) to taste with a good French dressing made with olive oil.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve in large soup plates.
    Pass croutons and diced cucumbers; add these to soup.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
