Spicy Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped green bell peppers
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk or nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 lb. ground turkey (best to use 1 lb. of ground turkey and 1 lb. of ground turkey breast)
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine the bay leaves, salt, ground red pepper, black and white pepper, ground cumin and ground nutmeg.
    Mix these ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
