Easy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    2 c. cubed American, Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    sour cream onion potato chips or corn flakes
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Press mixture into dish and top with crushed potato chips or corn flakes.
    Drizzle melted margarine over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
