Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Blend with a fork; then flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    In a small bowl, beat water, vinegar and egg.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Divide into 4 equal parts.
    Shape into balls ready for rolling.
    Wrap each in wax paper and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour.
    When ready to use, lightly flour both sides and roll out.
    Can be frozen.
