Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    dash of salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine, sugar and cocoa; add eggs and vanilla; mix. Add
    flour,
    nuts
    and
    salt;
    beat 2 minutes.
    Bake in a greased 9
    x 10-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Spread marshmallow cream on hot cake and cool.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine; add milk
    and vanilla.
    Stir in powdered sugar and cocoa until smooth.
    Spread on top of marshmallow cream.
    May be sprinkled with more chopped pecans, if desired.
