Light Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) container soft-style light cream cheese
    1 cup marshmallow crme
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, marshmallow crme, lemon juice and vanilla until well combined.
    Then gradually beat in the powdered sugar.
    Marshmallow crme replaces the butter in this super-easy frosting.
    To keep things neat and simplify cleanup, coat the measuring cup with no-stick spray before measuring the marshmallow crme.
    Calories, fat, and cholesterol were also reduced by replacing regular cream cheese with light cream cheese.
