Zwieback(German Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. instant potatoes
    1 c. margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water with sugar.
    Mix together scalded milk, salt, instant potatoes and melted margarine.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add 4 cups flour.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour, approximately 5 cups.
    Knead.
    Let rise until double.
    Pinch off small balls of dough, placing on greased baking sheet.
    Let rise, then stack to make \"double buns\".
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
