Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer potatoes in bottom of a buttered Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, flour, salt and pepper; then dot layer with butter.
    Repeat layers until all potatoes are used.
    Pour canned milk over top; rinse can if more fluid is needed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
