Irish Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 (46 oz.) V-8 juice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large pan, brown the turkey.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for at least 2 hours.
