Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

First Layer:
Melt butter and cool.
Add graham cracker crumbs and half of pecans.
Mix well and pat out in oblong pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown; let cool.
