Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. plain flour with 1 tsp. cocoa
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Divide into 2 (9-inch) greased and floured layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
