Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 carrots, sliced and cooked about 3 minutes
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash all vegetables; cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Baste from time to time.
    Drain and serve.
