Biscuit Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. sausage
    3 cans (10 count) canned biscuits
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    about 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 Tbsp. comino
    1/2 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 Tbsp. whole oregano
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage with comino, Greek seasoning, garlic salt, green pepper, onion and oregano.
    Spread biscuits.
    Spoon on meat mixture.
    Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
    Top with slice of Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread another biscuit and cover.
    Pinch edges together.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes about 15.
