Walnut Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter or margarine
    confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. California walnuts or chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into rolls about 1/2-inch in diameter and cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Put on cookie sheets and pull ends down slightly to form crescent shapes.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
