Number 1 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple (small can)
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 whole eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar all together.
    Add oil, carrots, nuts, pineapple, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 75 minutes in tube pan.
    May use 2 loaf pans.
    Grease and flour pans.
