Easy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Place a layer of apples in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with half the sugar-cinnamon.
Cover with
remaining apples and cover with remaining sugar-cinnamon.
