Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add spices, tomato paste and tomatoes.
    Allow to simmer while cooking lasagna noodles.
    Don't overcook noodles.
    (I like to slightly undercook, the noodles handle better.)
    Add vinegar to water for noodles.
    This will help the noodles from sticking together.
    Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan or larger, ending with sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
