Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. all-purpose potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
    1/3 c. Kraft mayo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes. Wash good. Cover with water. Bring potatoes to a boil and cook 15 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Dice boiled eggs fine. Coat potatoes with diced eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with fork. Place in refrigerator. Serve chilled or serve immediately.
