Mexican Tuna Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can solid white tuna (packed in water)
    1/2 onion, grated
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. hot salsa jalapeno
    crushed red pepper
    corn chips
    cucumber rounds
    celery and carrot sticks
Preparation
    Note:
    Other sliced vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms and cauliflower can be used.
