Fruit Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. Milnot
1/2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. of your favorite Griffin's Preserves
Preparation

Cream together sugar, cream cheese, eggs, Milnot, butter, and vanilla.
Stir together dry ingredients in another bowl, then add to batter.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased cake pan.
Place preserves in spoonfuls on top of batter.
Cover preserves with remainder of batter.
Bake for 45 mins. at 350\u00b0.
