Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 double-thin crackers
    1 tsp. savory salt or 1 1/2 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Crush crackers.
    Combine with seasonings.
    Divide mixture in half and put in pie tin, set aside.
    Beat eggs with milk in shallow pan.
    Roll chicken pieces in crumb mixture, then in beaten eggs and then in crumbs.
    Place in shallow pan, skin side up.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, do not turn.
    Good hot or cold.
