Earth Grains Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. rye flour
    3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    evaporated milk
    1/4 c. chopped, unsalted sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk
    and water.
    Heat to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
    Put in a large bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm mixture. Add brown sugar, oats, salt,
    whole
    wheat
    flour,
    rye
    flour, 1 cup flour and sunflower seeds.
    Stir vigorously 1 minute. Stir in 1 1/2 cups more flour to\tmake
    a stiff dough.
    Knead on floured surface using rest of flour until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in buttered bowl and
    butter top of dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until
    double
    in
    bulk.
    Punch down.
    Form into 2 loaves.\tPlace in\tgreased
    loaf pans. Brush with milk. Let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake
    in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
