Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix well, adding apples and pecans last.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
