Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar to taste
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Slice chuck roast thin.
Simmer all ingredients until tender and sauce thickens.
Add more water if meat is tough or sauce is too thick.
