Hearty Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine boiling water and gelatin in large bowl.
Stir until dissolved.
Stir in vinegar and refrigerate until slightly thickened (about 1 hour).
Break up corned beef with fork.
Stir corned beef and remaining ingredients into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
