Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. light brown sugar (1 box)
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt (in egg whites)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and syrup. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Continue stirring until candy boils. Slowly place thermometer in syrup. Boil, without stirring, to 265\u00b0, hard-ball stage.
